Scripts and Software Dev Can Fail Without Project Management
Friday June 27, 2025 1:00pm - 1:45pm PDT
Join us to hear about our project management journey, where we found a balance between different methodologies. Our development team decided to automate many of our manual processes, but found that after two years, one of the simplest projects was never completed. Upon identifying the gaps, we applied Scrum to our development, only to be let down one more time. Finally, with the help of SCUSD, we applied K-12 Project Managment with Scrum, and we found success; our projects are now being completed, deployed and used all in a respectable time frame.
